The apartment block consists of one-room and two-room apartments (small and big ones) incorporated into two buildings with a panoramic view of the sea and the mountainous side of Lefkas. It is surrounded by a stone fence and has a private parking space.
The two entrances of the block lead to the buildings through paved paths. The buildings consist of two-room apartments of 50 m2 and smaller ones of 40 m2 as well as one-room apartments of 35 m2.
2 beds with the possibility to accommodate one more person, a dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bath and a balcony with a view of the sea.
All the apartments have: air-conditioning, central heating, a big fridge, an electric cooker as well as digital TV.
A bedroom with two single beds and there is also the possibility to accommodate one more person in the living room. It also has a dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bath and 2 balconies with a view of the nature of Lefkas. The apartment can accommodate up to 3 people.
A bedroom with a double bed, a living room with a sofa which can be turned into a double bed, or two single beds, dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a bath and 3 balconies with a view of the sea. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.
